• 1 Proof of travel
• 1 Company letter stating purpose of trip and that the company would be financially and morally responsible for the individual during their length of stay in China.
• 1 Original Visa notice from an authorized department of China (provincial or municipal foreign affairs office or economic and trade office)
• Or Invitation letter from host company certified by Ministry of Foreign affairs office or economic and trade office
• Previous records of visiting China (copies of previous visas which are located in the passport)

Former China Citizens need to provide there previous passports or former ID's along with a name change document if name is not currently the same.

Note: Minors application should be accompanied with a copy of their birth certificates and the front page of the parents' passports.

Turkey and Sri Lanka passport holders require original invitation letters.

French passport holders require a personal appearance to be finger printed.
